Our policies

Check-in/Check-out

Guests may check-in between 10:00 am and 7:00 pm. Check-out is at 11:00 am, on the day of your departure.
Arrangements can be made with staff in the event of late check-in, to accommodate travellers that cannot arrive during regular check-in hours.  

Cancellation/Prepayment

Payment is taken upon arrival when guests check-in. We require a minimum 24 hours notice of any cancellations. In the case of no-shows, or cancellations made within less than 24 hours notice, we will charge the total price of the reservation. If cancelled or modified within less than 2 weeks before the date of arrival, 50% of  total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Excessive Soiling or Damage to Property

Should you leave your room in a state that is deemed excessively dirty (stained sheets, overflowing garbage all over your room, etc.), or damage any property belonging to the hostel, there will be repercussions. There is a $75 base rate for excessive soiling or property damage. Please treat our hostel and your room with respect to avoid this extra charge.

Children and Extra Beds

We welcome children of all ages. However, we do not provide cribs or cots for children under 2 years of age. Extra beds are not available for any of our rooms, as there is no capacity for additional beds in the rooms. Parents traveling with small children under age 2 may wish to bring along a small Pack and Play type item, for those smaller children to sleep in.

PLEASE NOTE: ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 18 WILL NOT BE ALLOWED INTO OUR DORM ROOMS. 

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse your reservation upon arrival should you: a) arrive with a minor, or b) be under the age of 18 yourself.
